Are there any setup fees or other startup costs?No. There is no cost to get started. All support is billed at the hourly rate.
Do I have to commit to a specific or limited number of hours?No. All work is billed at the hourly rate (standard or weekend), regardless of how many total hours are needed each month.If you prefer to set a number of hours each month, perhaps for budgeting purposes, I will notify you when we're reaching the limit.
Is there a long-term contract?You do not have to sign a contract committing to my services for any length of time. I want you to continue working with me because you receive value from my services, not because you're stuck in a contract.
Can you support multiple people on my team?Yes! You can share me with your co-workers and employees! You'll just need to confirm who is authorized to contact me for support. All services will be billed at the hourly or weekend rate.You can also choose to be billed on a single invoice or separate invoices.
The support that I'm looking for isn't listed, can I discuss it with you?Absolutely! The List provided is a general overview and I've never been given a task that I couldn't complete!
What are your qualifications?I have worked with hundreds of clients, across many industries and have 15+ years of real world experience ranging from helping my clients get organized and manage their schedule, preparing reports and documents for clients and presentations, managing client or project information and records, typing and formatting, to creating 3-D architecture design models for print and media, creating material using specialty software, marketing plans, and human resources planning and organization. The list of projects that I have worked on is extensive and I'm highly adaptable and have advanced knowledge and experience using a wide variety of technology and software.
